One of my favorite guilty pleasure is iced green tea latte from Starbucks. I also love the bubble tea available in Asian tea shops. This is my way of combining both those flavors, making it healthy with chia, minus the extra sugar. Here is how I make it.
1 Tablespoon chia seed
1.5 Teaspoons matcha green tea powder
1.5 cups milk of your choice
1/2 tablespoon or as much you like honey
Soak 1 tablespoon chia seeds in 1/2 cup warm milk for minimum two hours or overnight. Mix the rest of the milk, green tea powder and honey and stir/shake it well. Add a few ice cube if you like.Enjoy.
