Chutney roasted cauliflower

I love oven roasting my  cauliflower ,it gives such a good flavor and keeps it crispy.This is a very easy recipe and comes out good each time. Here is how i cook  it



1 medium head of cauliflower . First separate the florets and then slice them in about 1/2 each  flat pieces.

3 table spoons of vegetable oil

2 tea spoons garlic powder

1 tea spoon cayenne pepper powder

2 table spoons of mango chutney ( or any sweet and sour chutney or sauce)

Salt to taste

Mix oil, garlic powder, cayenne, mango chutney and salt in a big bowl. Add cauliflower florets and marinate  for 10 mins. Pre heat oven for 400 F. Place marinated florets in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Bake for about 25 -30 mins till cauliflower is crispy .
